Security Deposit Waiver Insurance

All of our reservations require the Security Deposit Waiver Insurance which is $45.00 and eliminates the need to charge for the Security deposit. This deposit waiver covers you for any accidental damage up to $1500. It does not cover excessive cleaning, any intentional, willful damage or gross negligence. Any damages to the property MUST be reported to our office before check-out. This insurance is non-refundable, but recommended.
