This is the perfect place to have a home, or park a Camper, or a storage building. Two miles off Interstate 74, so if you go to the beach, you drive right by it. It's +- 50 minutes from the beach. Beautiful landscape and very quiet out here but like I said, just off 74. There's an old wire fence across the front, and back in there are some nice hardwoods and small pine. This lot has good drainage to the point that we have no problem making an offer contingent upon passing a septic test.** The place on the map is the wrong location, the software won't let me move it.
